Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey, onion, green pepper and garlic powder over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the next six ingredients. bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Stuff turkey mixture into anaheim peppers and bake in oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
