Quick Wasabi Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz wasabi powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water (to thin if necessary)

Directions:

  1. I like to mix the creams and vinegar together first then whisk in the wasabi powder a little at a time to eliminate clumps.
  2. Thin with water if needed.
  3. Store in glass jar sealed in refridgerator until ready to use.
