Quick Wasabi Cream

Try with any fish or sushi or dried smoked salmon
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces wasabi powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup water (to thin if necessary)
Directions:
1. I like to mix the creams and vinegar together first then whisk in the wasabi powder a little at a time to eliminate clumps.
2. thin with water if needed.
3. store in glass jar sealed in refridgerator until ready to use.
