Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat wafflebaker
  2. In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add milk, oil, vanilla (is using) and dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
  3. Add 1/2 cup batter to preheated wafflebaker; close unit and bake until light goes out and ready tone sounds.
