Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Cook beef and onion until beef is brown, drain.
  3. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Stir in taco mix, dry, tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Stir remaining ingredients until blended, Pour over beef mixture.
  5. Bake 35 minute or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded cheese, if desired.
