Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place frozen chicken breasts in pan.
  2. Pour two cups of rice in around chicken.
  3. Mix two packets taco seasoning with 2 1/4 cups water pour around chicken.
  4. Add sliced olives, onion and cilantro.
  5. Bake covered at 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
  6. Uncover top with shredded.
  7. Cheese. serve with guacamole and sour cream.
