Ingredients:

  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/4 medium- sized onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice potato and onion.
  2. Butter a 6-inch piece of foil with 1 teaspoon butter.
  3. Place potato and onion on foil.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Dot the top with 1 teaspoon butter.
  6. Fold foil and seal both ends.
  7. Place on grill or in preheated 350 degree oven.
  8. Cook until done, testing with a fork until potatoes are tender and turn brown.
  9. This takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes
