Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 -8 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter or 4 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup cheez whiz

Directions:

  1. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.
  2. Peel, slice and arrange potatoes in pan.
  3. Slice onion on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place butter on top and add milk.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
  6. Fifteen minutes before done, mix together mushroom soup and Cheez Whiz.
  7. Pour over potatoes and finish baking.
  8. Enjoy!
