Ingredients:

  • 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and salt.
  2. With an electric mixer, beat in boiling water, vanilla and butter until smooth and thick.
  3. Yields: 2 cups.
