Quick & Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix sugar and egg together.
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Form dough into 1 balls.
  5. Press balls with a fork dipped in a little sugar so it won't stick.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. NOTE: Reese's Peanut Butter can be used.
  8. You can also add chocolate chips, raisins, Hershey's Kisses®, M&M'S®.
  9. If using chocolate kisses, place a kiss in the center of each cookie. Mmmmm - yummy!.
