Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs beef roast
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Place roast into slow cooker cover with onion soup and tomatoes.
  2. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
