Quick Dilly Cucumbers

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teasp.snipped dill or 1/2 teasp. dried
  • 1/4 teasp. sugar
  • 1/4 teasp.salt
  • 1/8 teasp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Beat together oil and vinegar
  2. Stir in spices
  3. Pare cucumber...and pare paper thin
  4. Pour oil mixture over cucumber slices and refrigerate of several hours
