Directions:

  1. Put sliced and peeled cucumbers in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and cover with water - refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. While cucmbers are chilling...
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl - mix well.
  4. Take cucumbers out of water, drain very well.
  5. Lightly toss cucumbers and sour cream mixture.
  6. Chill for at least one hour befor serving.
