  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
  3. Stir in water, evaporated milk, potato flakess, seasoned salt and dill weed.
  4. Heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
  5. Season with pepper.
