Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to moderate.
  2. Butter baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine potatoes, butter, eggs, onion, salt and paprika; mix well.
  4. Place potato mixture into prepared baking dish and pour milk over top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle top with cheese, return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
