Directions:

  1. Poke each potato with tines of fork. Place potatoes
  2. In microwave oven,and cook on high power for about 5 mins. Check about halfway through,and turn potatoes over for even cooking. Slice each potato in half the long wat and cook potatoes another 2 mins on high power.
  3. Preheat grill for med. heat.
  4. Brush potato tops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook on prepared grill for 15-20 mins,turning once.
