Quiche -- Spinach Sausage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake shell 400° for 7 minutes.
  2. Drop temperature to 375°.
  3. Cook sausage, onion and garlic until done.
  4. Drain.
  5. Stir in spinach and stuffing mix.
  6. Sprinkle first cheese and then sausage mix into pie crust.
  7. In bowl combine eggs and half& half.
  8. Pour over sausage mix.
  9. Bake 30 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika.
  11. Bake 15 minutes longer.
