Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a double boiler and heat on medium.
  2. Cook until melted and well blended, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with fresh tostadas or hot flour tortillas.
  4. Take the time to make some home made chips out of corn tortillas...
  5. I also like to add some fresh chopped tomato at the very end.. You want the fresh of the veggies.. that is why you don't saute first..
  6. Give it a try, and enjoy!
