Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

Directions:

  1. Process white wine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. With blender or processor running, gradually add olive oil and canola oil in a slow, steady stream; process until smooth.
  2. Note: Store remaining dressing in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
