Ingredients:

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Heat oven 350
  2. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, water, veg oil and eggs
  3. Beat until well mixed
  4. Measure flour, soda, cinnamon,salt,baking powder,nutmeg, & cloves in separae bowl and stir until combined.
  5. Slowly add dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, beating until smooth
  6. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans & dust with flour
  7. Evenly divided batter between 2 pans
  8. Bake 60-70 minutes
