Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 2/3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients and bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes.
