Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (28 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425* F. Mix spices together in small bowl. Beat eggs together in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin, sugar, and spice mixture. Stir in milk. Bake 15 minute Reduce heat to 350* and bake 40-50 minute.
