Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk , 1
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 14 oz pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Spray hot griddle with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Spoon by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle
  4. Flip when cake starts to bubble
