Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 15 oz pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and sugar.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Heat in double boiler until it coats a spoon back.
  4. Cool.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Chill.
  7. Freeze in ice cream maker.
