Coconut Custard Pie (Tammy's Blend Pie)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Melt butter then add all ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into greased 10 pie plate.
  4. Bake 40 minutes 350F degrees.
  5. Pie makes its own crust!
