Ingredients:

  • 1 can pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Oz. Can Pumpkin
  2. Oz. Can Evaporated Milk
  3. Eggs
  4. Cup Sugar
  5. Tsp. Salt
  6. Tsp. Cinnamon
  7. Mix until well blended, pour into well greased 9x13 pan.
  8. Sprinkle 1 box yellow cake mix evenly over the batter along with 1 Cup chopped Pecans and 3/4 Cup melted Butter. Bake for 50 minutes or longer (until set) at 350. Serve cooled with cool whip or icecream
