Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar add gradually
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 package (3 oz) cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Stir in pumppkin adn lemon juice. Add dry ingredients. Spread on jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Turn out on powdered sugar towel Roll up. Cool, unroll spread filling on then roll back up.
