Ingredients:

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup. oil
  • 2 cup. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cup. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. milk
  • frosting
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl beat together pumpkin, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and milk, mix well.
  4. Place on greased baking sheet one inch a part.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  6. In a seperate bowl beat powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla to make frosting. (If the frosting is too sweet add a Tbsp. butter).
  7. When cookies are done baking let cool and when cool spread frosting over them.
  8. Keep refrigerated.
