Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cream cheese and pumpkin, mixing well until well blended.
  2. Stir in beef, cheese, pineapple and onion; mix well
  3. Chill at least one hour.
  4. Form into a large ball.
  5. Score sides with knife to resemble pumpkin.
  6. Serve with crackers.
  7. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
