Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until thickened.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve.
