Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cup flour sifted
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. make a well in them and ad oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin mix just til smooth. bakein greased loaf pan for about 50 minutes at 350 turn out on wire rack to cool
