Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour in 2 9x5 sprayed loaf pans.
  2. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350.
  3. Cool on a wire rack.
