Ingredients:

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 can(16 oz) pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to350*.
  2. Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans
  3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl ,mix well
  4. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
  5. Pour into prepared pans
  6. Bake 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
