Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix eggs, oil, and pumpkin puree together in a large bowl.
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  5. Pour batter evenly between the 2 pans.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Tip: Make sure you add flour and make adjustments for high altitudes.
