Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup wheat germ
  • 3 tbsp molasses

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and oleo, add additional ingredients and mix until blended.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes in a muffin pan.
