Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 15 oz pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 3 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add in pumpkin, water, and spices. Mix well, then add in flour.
