Ingredients:

  • 8 oz water
  • 1/2 small sweet onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Throw every thing in the Crockpot on low for 8 hours . completely cool then shred. place back in Crockpot for 30 mins with the temp off.
