Directions:

  1. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil;
  2. Spray with cooking spray or lightly grease.
  3. Heat oven to 400°.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or food storage bag;
  5. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  6. Arrange in the baking pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes,
  7. Until potatoes are tender and nicely browned.
