Practically Healthy Gingersnap Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients, soften the butter and add the flour last.
  3. You may need to put the dough in the freezer if it is not firm enough, or you can just continue.
  4. Roll into 1 balls and roll them in sugar.
  5. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minute.
