My Favorite Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add milk, sugar, rice, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt to the eggs.
  3. Pour into buttered baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
