Pound Cake With Granola

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 10inch tube pan.
  3. In large bowl, combine cake mix,water, oil, yogurt, and eggs.
  4. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
  5. Pour half the batter in pan.
  6. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup granola.
  7. Spread remaining batter over granola, and sprinkle with remaining granola.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes Use the toothpick test.
  9. Cool in pan 30 minutes, then invert onto cake plate.
  10. For glaze, mix powdered sugar and water until smooth.
  11. Drizzle over warm cake.
