Black Russian Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vodka (i used vanilla )
  • 1/4 cup kahlua
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup kahlua ( coffee or milk works too)

Directions:

  1. Preheat one to 350.
  2. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. Combine all the cake ingredients and beat 4 minutes.
  4. Pour into bundt pan.
  5. Bake 60-70 minutes.
  6. Cool in pan until cake is just barely warm.
  7. Invert onto plate.
  8. Poke hole in warm cake with straw or wooden spoon.
  9. Mix glaze ingredients; stir to dissolve sugar.
  10. Pour over cake.
  11. Sprinkle heavily with powdered sugar before serving.
