Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar together then divide into two bowls and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix the remaining ingredients until well blended.
  3. Then turn mixer to high, and beat for 5 minutes.
  4. Grease 2 bread loaf pans and cover the bottom of each pan with some of the cinnamon sugar mix.
  5. Layer cake mix and sugar mix 3 times, ending with sugar mix on top.
  6. Bake for 40min at 350 degrees.
