Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease 8x9 baking pan.
  3. Pat down Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Take Hash Browns out of the oven.
  6. Place sliced up Pastrami on top of the Hash Browns.
  7. Pour cup of thousand islands over the pastrami.
  8. Place sourkraut over the top.
  9. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes.
