Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut all the vegetables according to the slices required (see ingredients).
  2. In a boiling water or chicken broth, put the potatoes until tender.
  3. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, then add the celery and carrots.
  4. Get a little hot water to dissolve the cornstarch, then pour on the mixture.
  5. Remove from fire.
  6. Serve hot.
