Potato Salad with Cooked Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cream or 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix together and let come to a boil.
  2. Cook until thick.
  3. Add 1/2 cup cream or you can use 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Pour dressing over potato mixture.
