Potato Salad With Advocardo Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil, steam or microvave potatoes till tender.
  2. Drain cool for 10 minutes
  3. Cut potatoes into quarters place in large bowl
  4. To make advocado dressing place avocardos mayonaise, juice, garlic, sour cream and soup mix in a food processor.
  5. Process untill smoth
  6. Combine potatos spring onins season with salt and pepper with dressing
  7. Serve salad garnished wit extra spring onions
