Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients except chips and cheese in a 13X9 pan.
  3. 3. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
  4. 4. Take out of oven and spread grated cheese and chips over top.
  5. 5. Bake for 10 minutes.
