Potato and Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add onion to bacon drippings after bacon has been removed.
  2. Cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add water, diced potatoes, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add corn, milk, and butter.
  6. Simmer until heated through or until ready to serve.
  7. Add cooked bacon when ready to serve.
