Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 package bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 boilin bags of rice
  • pinch of salt/ pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon til crisp put to side to cool
  2. Dice onion and saute in a little of the bacon grease
  3. Scramble eggs and cook with onions
  4. Cook rice to directions on box then add to eggs/onions
  5. Crumble bacon and add to rice,eggs and onions
  6. Add soy sauce to taste along with salt and pepper
  7. Mix and heat up for a few more minutes
